Gifts are special items to be used by Miis on the island. The only way to get these is to solve problems. In Tomodachi Collection, there are 10 total items. In Tomodachi Life, there are 18 total items. The player will unlock new events and locations based on how many. How to have same-sex relationships in Tomodachi Life. Nintendo didn't include the option for same-sex couples in bizarre sim Tomodachi Life, but there is a workaround - of sorts.

Tomodachi Life is a life simulator video game by Nintendo for the Nintendo 3DS released on April 18th, 2013. The game uses custom characters called Miis which you have live on an island and do many activities. One of the things they can do is take a Bath by giving them a bath set. Once in the bath, they will be Singing in the tub until you make them get out and then they will be back in their apartment wearing a Towel and if the character is female they will also be wearing a towel on their head. The trailer for the game shows a mii version of Satoru Iwata (the current CEO of Nintendo) in this bath scene singing.
